This installment of Amidst Rhythm, starts out on a different note, pulling in some mainstream dance/house. I did the first 45mins a couple weeks ago for my podcast and had good feedback on it so I decided to open up the show with it.Guetta pulls out the big room horn synth stabs on his remix of his own production with Will I Am. The rest of the first 8 or so tracks a collection of dance tracks I honestly like : ). The mix keeps up blending a bit more progressive style with some retro classics tossed in. I didn't realize when I was mixing it but tracks near make you feel like you might as well be in in Ibiza for the summer kickoff, including Angellos new collaboration with his brother - "Flonko", big kicks and deep bass, woohoo !

This might be one of the most techno based mixes I've put up onto the Pure.fm house stream. There seemed to be a lot of great tracks coming out in may across all genres. It was going to be a three segment show with house/techno/trance but turned into this once I got into playing these tracks. I might put up a dance floor house mix to the Get Down Podcast in a week or so but until then its raw techno :) !!
